Vegan Mac 'N' Cheese (One-pot Recipe)

Hi Everyone! And welcome to another blog post of mine! Today's recipe is a vegan mac & cheese recipe, I also uploaded a video with the recipe to my YouTube channel if you want to go watch it I'll live you a link.


Now let's get to the recipe.. Ingredients: - 227 grams / 8 oz of macaroni noodles -140 grams / 5 oz vegan cheese - 1/3 tsp mustard - 1 tsp miso paste - 3-4 cups vegan milk (I used soy milk) - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1 tsp onion powder - 2-3 Garlic Cloves - 1 tbsp Olive oil

- 1 cup coconut cream - 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder - 1/3 cup nutritional yeast - a little parsley to garnish


Directions: Start off by grating the vegan cheese if it is a block. Then in a medium sized pot place some olive oil and fry the crushed garlic cloves. Then add all the ingredients to the pot one after the other apart from the soy milk, you should add only one cup of soy milk at this point and add another cup each time the pasta has absorbed all the liquids. after about the same time that is written on the package of the pasta (how long it needs to be cooked) taste the pasta, make sure it is cooked and add any other seasonings if necessary! and that's it, top it off with some fresh parsley, smoked paprika and freshly cracked black pepper and enjoy!
